A program to help you reach out to those in your community who may be affected by opioid dependence.

In this toolkit, you'll find promotional tools that raise awareness and encourage action. Many of these pieces can be custom-printed, making it easy to share the specifics of your practice and your certification.

Preview. Register*. Order. It's that simple.

  • Preview items on the next screen and decide how they might benefit your practice
  • If you decide to use any of the items, you will need to complete the registration screen
  • You will then receive a user ID and password via email within 2-3 days
  • Registered users can either: 1.) download items for immediate use; or 2.) place an online order for custom printing from a professional print shop (you are responsible for printing fee; which will be charged to your credit card account)
  • If you choose to download items, you can also take them to a local print shop for custom printing
